Portland RFC is an entirely volunteer run organizations, with Officers elected on a yearly basis. The main decision and policy making body for the men's club is the Club Executive, made up of the President, Treasurer and Secretary. Several non-Executive elected positions exist from year-to-year, depending on the number of willing volunteers. These include Recruitment, Fundraising and Social Officers, and are never limited to one per specialty, so if you have particular interest or aptitude in these areas, please let us know.

On the field affairs are lead by the Club Captain, which is also a yearly elected position. The Captain will typically appoint his Vice Captain, and together they make up one third of the selection panel. The remainder of the selection team is comprised of the coaching staff and 2-3 elected selection positions.
